2004 - 2005 this was our favourite pub and we ate there weekly. Don't know what caused the change but the food quality and portion sizes took a serious dive. We returned a few times the past three years hoping for improvement but were disappointed. Won't be back any time soon. Friends have told us they have abandoned the Dark Horse for the same reason. This pub can count on its great patio only for so long. Show your customers you appreciate them by reinstating the quality you used to serve before it is too late.

Wow - as I was trying to find an owner to complain to I found an entire site dedicated to complaints about this store. Clearly an ethos - aggressive, rude, who cares about the customer attitude. When I complained to her manager - learned that she held the other manager position on Bloor - Julia - these guys are used to complaints - does not phase them - after all she said we have a lot of "sneaky" customers. Pretty miserable people to have such hardened dispostitions - wonder where the validation comes from being rude ....
I went to this clinic on the recommendation of a friend. What a breath of fresh air compared to my last vet! Very knowledgeable staff and vets, and very helpful.
They never do anything without presenting me with an estimate first, so I'm not sure why the other poster was "shocked" by her bill.
The weight loss program is fantastic! My cat was diabetic due to his weight. He has now lost weight and is in remission and off his insulin. Doesn't seem that "silly" to me.
They were a bit more expensive than my last clinic, but their care is more than worth it.
Have dealt with this branch since 2004 -switched from CIBC. Debbie Nunes took care of the entire operation (when has banking ever been easy?!) and has ever since consistently been just as willing to help, provide info./suggestions and advice. Highly professional and pleasant, she has always gone out of her way to help including helping travel needs, etc.
All the tellers at this branch also reflect this high level of professionalism and efficiency - a great branch to do your banking!
